Return Process

  Log into your bloxloot account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
